Slava Kravtsov suffers a fracture in the fifth metatarsal of the left foot, surgery on Friday
Valencia Basket center Slava Kravtsov had to retire from the 7DAYS EuroCup game played last night at Fonteta vs. Khimki Moscow Region by injuring his left foot in the first quarter.
Following the radiological
examination to which the player has been subjected, Kravtsov has been diagnosed
as suffering a fracture in the fifth metatarsal of the left foot, as well as a sprain in the left ankle. Taronja center will have surgery on Friday by Dr. José
Ramón Pérez del Valle at the Hospital Intermutual de Levante.
Antoine Diot is also out for the Friday’s game
Point guard Antoine Diot will also be unavailable for the 7DAYS EuroCup quarterfinals game 2 vs. Khimki Moscow Region (Friday 3: 17: 30h) due to traumatic plantar edema on the left foot. The evolution of this disease will mark his return to practice with the group.
